We want you to be fully satisfied with our hearing device. If you are unhappy with or unable to benefit from them, you can return them to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price.
If you encounter an issue or problem with our product, please take a moment to contact our customer service via 'firstname.lastname@example.org' to let us have an opportunity to make things right for you. If we are unable to resolve your issue, you can exchange or return items purchased from us in their original, undamaged condition within 30 days from receipt of the shipment.
1. You have to first contact us and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMB number).
Note: Any items sent without an RMA number will not be processed and will be returned to the sender.
2. The package is in its original (undamaged, and with no missing components). We may ask you to provide some pictures or videoes before your exchanges or returns. We reserved the right to refuse if the product is returned damaged, or suffered damage due to improper handing or inappropriately packaged.
Please allow 7—10 business days from the time we receive your return to process your refund. We will issue your refund back to the credit card you used at the time of purchase. We will send you an email confirmation when we receive your return and when we refund your order.

For returns/replacements, we offer free economic shipping labels to our domestic customers and the customer is responsible to use that label to ship the items back to us. International customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
2. For damaged or products missing components
Hear+Hi reserves the right to charge re-stocking fees up to 20% of the original purchase price.
